We are dedicated to reshaping the narrative of mental health and addiction by bringing awareness to a cause that affects the lives of millions of people around the globe. With your help Trauma Llama can shine new light on issues that have been stigmatized in society for way too long.

[ About ]

Our brand exists to remind people that mental health is human health. We believe what you wear can be more than style; it can be a statement of self-worth, courage, and connection. Every piece we create is designed to spark conversations, reduce stigma, and remind individuals that they are never alone in what they feel.

We stand for authenticity over perfection. Real stories, real emotions, real people. Mental health is not linear, and neither is growth. We honor the highs, support the lows, and embrace the in-between with compassion and honesty.

We are committed to creating clothing that feels as good emotionally as it looks physically. Comfort, quality, and intentional design are at the heart of everything we do, because caring for your mind starts with caring for yourself.

Community is our foundation. We exist to build a safe, inclusive space where vulnerability is strength and empathy is power. Our brand is a reminder that asking for help is brave, healing is possible, and your story matters.

We don’t just sell clothing. We sell confidence.

Our Founders

Nash Patrick & Friends

At a young age, mental health became a key role in my life. Watching my twin sister and multiple friends struggle with the day in and day out of mental illness showed me a side that most people my age never saw. I always wanted to make a difference and help end the stigma surrounding mental health, however at my age I just never knew where to start. Fast forward a few years and I joined the military and quickly saw the effects that mental health had played on those brave men and women that serve our country. Eventually leading to me seeking out help for my own mental health, in the process meeting plenty of other people dealing with very similar struggles as myself, I finally did not feel alone. In an effort to encourage others to reach out for help and promote awareness of mental health disorders we have created Trauma Llama.
